In the early 1900s, Britain and France managed the transition of the Caliphate in the Middle East. This massive Kingdom was split into various Countries such as Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and others. Divide and Conquer?

Near the end of WW2 (1943), The U.S. was becoming the Sheriff of the world because all the world players were devastated and broke. The U.S. dollar became the new world currency since over 80% of world trade was now in dollars. President Roosevelt wanted us to develop relations with the Saudis.

In the late 40s and early 50s, the U.S. was funding and helping to rebuild the world, including BP, British Petroleum.

In 1952, Prescott Bush, the father of President Bush (41) and grandfather of Bush (43) was elected to the U.S. Senate from the state of Connecticut. He had been an investment banker, and was well connected from a business, social, and political point of view. All three Bush’s went to Yale and were members of the secret society, Skull and Bones. Bush (41) moved from East Coast high society to the West Texas town of Odessa in 1948 to be in the oil business. The well-connected family probably knew of the opportunities at hand.

In the 80s, the Soviets invaded Afghanistan and there was a historic meeting of the U.S., Saudis, and Bin Laden of which my friend and New York Times Best Selling author John Perkins was an observer. I have also heard the following from another source.

Kissinger represented the U.S., the deal was this: Saudis guaranteed the U.S. would always be able to purchase OIL. The U.S. pledged the safety and continuity of the Saudi Kingdom.

And Bin Laden? The U.S. would provide funding for Bin Laden to fight the Russians in their attempt to take over Afghanistan.

So, the deal worked: The U.S. had an oil deficiency at the time. The kingdom was safe, and the Russians were starting to wind down the invasion.

And? The CIA that was funding Bin Laden basically said we don’t need you anymore and cut the funding. Bin Laden was pissed and could no longer trust the U.S., viewed us as evil, and started a terrorist group to destroy the powerful United States which culminated in the attack of the Twin Towers.
