For starters…I thought the acting was excellent. On a deeper level, I enjoyed the tying in of Greek mythology and the tribal community with World War One.

For me, the main character, Diana, is the Avatar that saves the world during World War One, with the climax being the defeat of evil. I was reminded of the battle between good and evil of the 30s and 40s. Hitler and Roosevelt came to power within days of each other and died within weeks–a twelve-year battle.

And I love that Diana, Princess of the Amazon, incorporated the tribal feminine nature as the key to returning sanity to a chaotic world. In book two of my Trilogy, NautiGurl Newport Beach, I have hinted that Penney, the main character, will develop into an Avatar. Wonder Woman confirms that I am on the right track!
