Impeachment is a long shot! First, it requires a majority vote of the House of Representatives. One problem is that the majority are republicans. It’s an uphill battle.

If the House were to impeach the so-called-president, then it goes to the senate which will requires a 67% vote from a senate which is controlled by the republicans. A major hurtle.

In the 70s when Nixon was being impeached, the house was controlled by the democrats…kind of a down hill run.  Then, the senate was more balanced (but a long way from the 67% needed now!) until there was a major breakthrough—discovering real crimes other than the original break-in at Watergate. Then, finally, senator by senator abandoned the Nixon ship of State. With all that said, anything is possible!
