A BAD HAIR DAY FOR CANDIDATES??? The First Presidential Debate -2016
Anything can happen to change a race.
In the 60’s,former First Lady Rosalynn Carter reported in one of her books about a candidate for governor having a “bad hair day”, and he was favored to win.
A few days before the election, a photo was taken of him and others during a flag ceremony. So?
His hair was perfect. So?
The wind was blowing and everyone else had the wind blown look.
The photo was shown in the newspaper the following day with the caption saying something like, “Candidate uses hair spray”.
In the South, in those days, it was not masculine to use hairspray. Thus the candidate lost the election for having too good of hair day.
The 2016 presidential election will probably tighten. Remember, as I say in my book, NautiGurl, to be released soon, “follow the money”. The media has a vested interest in having a close race. Also, people vote based upon emotions more than logic.
Happy Hair Day to all candidates.
